Changes in Learning Agreement for Studies

During the stay, it is possible to change the subjects in the Learning Agreement.

The changed document has to be accepted by 3 parties: the host university, a student and the home department. The scan of the document has to be sent to the e-mail address: erasmus@pw.edu.pl.

Extension of stay

A student may extend the period of stay abroad at her/his individual request.

She/he may receive a grant for an extended period, provided that Warsaw University of Technology has funds for it. If the Erasmus+ project at WUT has no budget for extensions, a student may stay longer at the host University with the so-called "zero grant".

Documents necessary to extend the stay under Erasmus +, to be submitted to the Erasmus+ Office by 15/12/2023:

1. Application for extension of the Erasmus+ mobility

2. Bank account form

3. WWS form - signed by the Dean and the Faculty Coordinator

4. Copy of health insurance

5. Authorization - required when a student cannot sign the contract herself/himself
