How to apply

Nomination

Each incoming Erasmus+ student needs to be nominated first by their Erasmus+ Coordinator from the sending partner institution on the basis of pre-existing Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA).

Nominations should be sent by e-mail to: incoming.erasmus@pw.edu.pl

Nomination deadline consistent in each academic year:

winter semester / whole academic year: 30 April

summer semester: 31 October.

Application

Before the start of the application period, the Erasmus+ Office sends detailed instructions to candidate’s e-mail address provided by the partner institution.

The application process takes place via the online system: IRK.

Required documents: during the application process, each candidate will be asked to attach a Learning Agreement proposal (signed by the candidate and Home University) and confirmation of English language skills at the B2 level. Registration won't be possible without these two documents.

Language requirements: confirmation of English knowledge at B2 level. An international certificate or a certificate issued by Home University is accepted. The certificate should be issued not more than 2 years before the application.

Application period:

winter semester / whole academic year: 4 May - 31 May

summer semester: 2-30 November.

The recruitment results will be published on an ongoing basis on the IRK profile of each candidate.

Acceptance Letter

The acceptance letter will be sent by e-mail after the recruitment process is completed. The letter should be provided by the student to Home University to complete local Erasmus+ procedures.
